“Je LOVE Edmundston Honda “ contest rules

1. Duration of Contest

The contest will begin Monday March 22,2021 at 1:00 p.m.(Atlantic Daylight Time),and ends Friday, April 16, 2021 at 5:00 p.m.( Atlantic Daylight Time)(“Entry Deadline”)

 

2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

2.1. The participant must prepare a short video of 30 to 90 seconds which explains the reasons why they love Edmundston Honda.

2.2. The video must be broadcast in public mode on Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok with the hashtag #JeLoveEdmundstonHonda.

2.3. More than one video can be submitted per participant, however a maximum of one video can be among the finalists.

 

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1. The contest is open to residents of New-Brunswick.  In the event that the winner is under 19, They must be accompanied by a person 19 years or older (parents or guardian)to stay at the hotel.

3.2. Employees, Administration and Directors of Edmundston Honda as well as the persons with whom they are residing with are not eligible for the contest.

3.3. Edmundston Honda may at any time require proof of identity or eligibility for the contest.  A participant who is unable to provide this proof may be disqualified.

 

4. PRIZE DESCRIPTION

4.1. Participants have the chance to win a Dreamy Evening.  The price includes(1) night in a chalet at the Micky Hotel, (1) 100.00$ gift card from the Moonshin’hers restaurant, (1) 50.00$ gift card from the Brasseurs du Petit Sault and a gift basket filled with surprises from local merchants.  The total of the prizes is approximately 500.00$. This prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.  In addition, the winner will have a choice of two possible dates for their stay at the Micky Hotel. The winner will have to respect the regulations related to each establishment and the public health regulations regarding COVID-19.

 

5. CHOSING THE WINNER

5.1. The videos of the semi-finalists will be posted on the Edmundston Honda facebook page on Monday March 29, April 5 and April 12^th,2021.  Facebook users will vote for their favorite video between Monday and Fridays of those said weeks.

5.2. Each week’s finalist video will meet in the grand finale on the week of April 19 and Friday April 23,2021.(5:00 p.m. cut-off time).  Voting will also be done via Facebook users.

5.3. The name of the winer will be known on the evening of April 23,2021

5.4. The participant gives the rights to Edmundston Honda to share their videos for replay.  All photos and videos shared as part of the contest entry are copyright free and can be used to Edmundston Honda.

 

6. DISCLAIMER OF RESPONSIBILITY/CONSENT TO ADVERTISING

By accepting a prize in the contest, the winner : acknowledges having complied with the contest rules; acknowledges that the prize is not transferable(except as provided herein and only at the absolute discretion of Edmundston Honda) and must be accepted as awarded, unless otherwise indicated; accepts that his name, place of residence, entry form, voice statement, photographs/videos or any other representation be used for advertising or information purposes, in any format whatsoever, by Edmundston Honda or its advertising agencies in relation to this contest or the prizes relating thereto, without remuneration or notice; and exonerates Edmundston Honda, it’s advertising or promotional agencies, as well as its directors, administration and employees, respective agents (collectively referred to as the “Releasees”) of any liability with respect to the contest or the awarding or use of any prizes in connection with the Contest.

 

7. LIMITATION OF LIABLILITY

Releasees assume no responsibility and all participants release Releasees from any claim, action, damage and demand or obligation of any kind related to participation in this Contest and the prizes, including the administration of the Contest, the selection and confirmation of a winner, and the planning awarding and use of a prize.
